Blower uses and features
The PAF blower is a centrifugal backward-curved impeller blades blower with high energy-conversion efficiency for general ventilation in high air capacities and low to moderate pressures. PAF blower is suitable to vacuum corrosive vapor from the air flow in chemical manufacturing processes, such as control rooms, bathrooms, laboratories, manufacturing halls, coating baths and any other methods that yield corrosive materials in the air.
Models: impeller diameter 300-1200 mm
Drive: direct, belt
Air capacity: 500-40,000 cubic meters per hour [m^3/hr]
Static pressure: 20-250 mm water pressure head
Building materials: PP, PVC, PVDF
The blower is made from extra thick polypropylene. The impeller includes navel flange from stainless steel 316 with thick and sealed plastic coating. The flanges include tenons, hex cap screws and screwings for impeller release. All the blowers are statically and dynamically balanced at the process end.
