Blower uses and features
The PAH blower is a welded centrifugal blower with backward-curved impeller blades in HEAVY DUTY plastic structure. PAH blower is used to vacuum corrosive vapor from the air in chemical manufacturing processes, such as coating and searing baths, steam and gas treatment SCRUBBERS, lab fume cupboards, odor and gas in wastewater facilities and other corrosive processes.
Models: impeller diameter 300-1600 mm
Drive: direct, belt, direct with clutch
Air capacity: 300-80,000 cubic meters per hour [m^3/hr]
Static pressure: 50-400 mm water pressure head
Building materials: PP, PVC, PVDF, PP - ANTI STATIC
The blower is from extra thick polypropylene or PVDF. The impeller includes navel flange with thick and sealed plastic coating. The flanges include tenons, hex cap screws and screwings for impeller release. All the blowers are statically and dynamically balanced at the process end.
