Blower uses and features
The PRTB blower is a radial industrial blower with a RADIAL TIP impeller and an EXTRA HEAVY DUTY industrial structure. It is suited for intensive process workflow with high pressure and capacity in very corrosive conditions.
The blower is designed for high energy conversion efficiency compatible with air, vapor and gas work, while the fluids contain low and moderate dust and particle concentration. The client has significant financial savings in operation and maintenance expenses, due to the blower’s high efficiency and structure. These blowers are best for general ventilation and reduced pressure vacuum and filtration systems.

Drive: direct, belt, direct with clutch
Air capacity: 5000-200,000 cubic meters per hour [m^3/hr]
Static pressure with plastic impeller: 100-350 mm water pressure head
Static pressure with stainless steel 316 impeller: 100-900 mm water pressure head
Building materials: Polypropylene, PVDF, combined with stainless steel 316 impeller.
The blower is made from extra thick polypropylene. The impeller includes navel flanges with a thick and sealed plastic coating. The flanges include tenons, hex cap screws and screwings for accelerator release. All the blowers are statically and dynamically balanced at the process end.
