Uses and features
The SW filter is a vacuum cleaning wall with automatic cleaning. It vacuums dust from polishing cells, sharpening, electrostatic dyeing, packaging, and processing of complex materials without disrupting the production process. The filter is suitable for intensive and continuous work in the metals, raw materials, minerals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, woodworking, and mixing industries.
All the parts of the filter are Laser cut; the filter body is fully welded and built from 3-5 mm thick carbon steel, stainless steel 316 or stainless steel 304. Extra Heavy Duty class equipment allows long-term use of the filtration system to the customer's advantage.
Dust collector element cleaning methods:
The ROTARY-JET (The Sprinkler Method) is the most progressive and effective cleaning method in the world. The sprinkler allows the distribution of air evenly throughout the filter. A unified system of pressured cleaning that enables all folds within the filter cleaned individually and perfectly. The use of sprinklers significantly prolongs the life of the filter, reduces the noise level and allows significant savings (up to 70%) in the consumption of compressed air in relation to other cleaning methods.
The Pulse–Jet method along with a Go-Co nozzle allows an effective and uniform cleansing throughout the entire filter and during the filtration process. This method includes areas that are not usually cleaned within the filters when using the standard Pulse-Jet.
