Characteristics and usage

The Cartridge Vacuum Filter is an automatic dust collector fit to work in deep vacuum conditions, up to 6000 (mm water). The dust collector is the primary filtering unit in central vacuum unit (House-Vacuum) used for factory cleaning and for dust filtering in pneumatic conveyance where there are usually high dust loads. The filter aerodynamics is optimized to work continuously under hard conditions and heavy dust loads in various industries such as the metal, minerals, raw materials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, wood processing, food industry, and feed mix.
 
All parts of the dust collector system have been laser-cut and CNC bent, including the filter body itself which is fully welded and built from extra thick metal plates, with a thickness of 3-5 mm for a sturdy build that provides mechanical strength and an EXTRA HEAVY DUTY structure able to withstand high pressure over time.
 
Element cleaning methods:
  • The ROTARY-JET (The Sprinkler Method) is the most progressive and effective cleaning method in the world.  The sprinkler allows the distribution of air perfectly throughout the filter element. A unified system of pressured cleaning enables all folds within the filter cleaned individually and perfectly. The use of sprinklers significantly prolongs the life of the filter, reduces the noise level and allows significant savings (up to 70%) in the consumption of compressed air in comparison to other cleaning methods.
  • The Pulse–Jet method along with a Go-Co nozzle allows an effective and uniform cleansing throughout the entire filter and during the filtration process. This method includes areas that are not usually cleaned within the filters when using the standard Pulse-Jet.
