Characteristics and usage

The VHF is a HEPA filter is capable of removing dust and particles up to 0.3 Micron at an absolute degree of 99.97%. The VHF is a final filtration unit in industries where the exposure at deficient concentrations can be harmful, such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, electronics, and chemical industries. The unit is built on a BIBO (BAG IN BAG OUT) configuration, ensuring zero employee exposure even when replacing filtering elements.

All the parts of the dust collector system have been laser-cut and CNC bent; the filter body is fully welded and built from 1.5-3 mm thick Steel plates, Stainless Steel 316 or Stainless Steel 304 which provides mechanical strength and a HEAVY DUTY structure as well as process durability over time.

Filter Replacement method:

The filters are replaced periodically according to the pressure drop. The filters are fastened with the most convenient eccentric mechanism.
