A bag splitter filter is an automatic dust filter used to filter suspended particulate matter and dust during the emptying of the raw materials from the bags. The filter is suitable for intensive and continuous work in the food, raw materials, mineral, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastic and mixing industries.
All the parts of the filter are Laser cut; the filter body is fully welded and built from 3-5 mm thick carbon steel, stainless steel 316 or stainless steel 304. Extra Heavy Duty class equipment allows long-term use of the filtration system to the customer's advantage.
The filter connects to an integral blower or an external blower. The filters are automatically cleaned using ROTARY JET sprinklers that operate silently without shock attacks. This cleaning method is known as the most efficient and advanced method for cleaning automatic filters.
The filter returns all suspended raw material and dust to the production process preventing losses and disruption in the production dosage.
