Blower uses and features

LS model blower is a centrifugal blower with a radial blades impeller designed to generate flow with high particle concentration and dust load of air, gas, and vapor.  The unique feature of the LS model is the ability to work with long straps such as paper, plastic, and fibers, that usually clogs other blowers. The radial impeller, particularly in the LS model, is costumed for working with solids since the blades geometry does not allow accumulation on the edges.

Models: Impeller diameter 400-1450 mm

Drive: belt, direct with a clutch.

Air capacity: 500-100,000 cubic meters per hour [m^3/hr]

Static pressure: 100-1200 mm water pressure head

Building materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, hard steel with anti-wearing down coating.

All the parts of the blower have been laser-cut, fully welded and built from thick metal plates, which provide mechanical strength and a HEAVY DUTY structure for the smaller models and EXTRA HEAVY DUTY structure for the larger models.  The LS model has 6 elongated blades fully welded to the impeller providing additional mechanical strength and better material transfer through it.
