RTB model blower is a centrifugal HEAVY DUTY industrial blower with RADIAL TIP BLADE, fully welded durable industrial structure, and 10 impeller blades. The blower is designed for high energy conversion efficiency compatible with airflow, vapor and gas work, while the fluids contain low and moderate dust and particle concentration. The client has significant financial savings in operation and maintenance expenses, due to the blower’s high efficiency and structure. These blowers are best for general ventilation and moderate to high vacuum pressure and filtration systems with varying pollutants combined with high capacities.

Models: impeller diameter 600-1500 mm

Drive: belt, direct with a clutch.

Air capacity: 5000-250,000 cubic meters per hour [m^3/hr]

Static pressure: 100-1000 mm water pressure head

Building materials: carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, hard steel.

All the parts of the blower have been laser-cut, fully welded and built from thick metal plates, which provide mechanical strength and an EXTRA HEAVY DUTY structure. The blades fully welded to the impeller providing additional mechanical strength.
