Characteristics and usage
The CARTRIDGE INTAKE FILTER, dust filtration unit filtrates atmospheric air and contaminated process air streams before they enter the central ventilation system or process stream. The dust collector based on the newest and most advanced filtration technology. The dust collector includes high-efficiency filter cloth and automatic cleansing system based on compressed air. The unit is mainly used for air filtration before it enters production halls, machinery halls, vacuum pumps, furnaces and gas turbines. The dust collector filter is optimized to work efficiently and continuously in the process industry, food industry, water desalination plants, chemical plants, the pharmaceutical industry, and the gas industry.
The flow regime of this system is particularly useful and helps to clean the filters and maintain a low-pressure drop. These state of the art filter elements, equipped with extremely high filtration efficiency, ensure compliance with the most stringent emission standards. DIN 24184 CATEGORY M, BIGA, EN-60335-2-69, and meet all the requirements of the Clean Air.
All the parts of the dust filtration system have been laser-cut and CNC bent, including the filter body itself which is fully welded and built from extra thick metal with a thickness of 3-5 mm for a sturdy build that provides mechanical strength and an EXTRA HEAVY DUTY structure able to withstand high pressure over a length of time.
Element cleaning methods:
- ROTARY-JET technology is the most progressive and effective cleaning method in the world. The sprinkler allows a perfect and uniform distribution of air throughout the filter element. A unified cleaning pressure enables all folds within the filter cleaned individually and perfectly. The use of the ROTARY JET technology significantly prolongs the life of the filter element, substantially reduces the noise level and allows significant savings (up to 70%) in the consumption of compressed air in comparison to other cleaning methods.
- The Pulse–Jet method along with a Go-Co Dizt allow an effective and uniform cleansing throughout the entire filter and during the filtration process. This method includes areas that are not usually cleaned within the filters when using the standard Pulse-Jet.
